Q: Why do we have an Unleash event? Ten years in, we're not slowing down — we're just getting started. Unleash is our moment to come together as one team, feel the full force of what we're building, and charge up for what's next. It's not a conference. It's a reset.
Q: Why should I attend? Because you'll regret it if you don't. This is the kind of thing that doesn't happen on Slack — real connections, unexpected moments, and the feeling of belonging to something bigger. Come curious. Leave energised.
Q: Is the event mandatory? No — but it is our biggest moment of the year. We'd love to see as many Tibberinos there as possible.
Q: Since the event takes place over a weekend, will I get a compensatory day off? No. Unleash is a voluntary social event, not a working day — so there's no comp day on offer.
Q: I'm on parental leave (or another type of leave) — can I still come? Absolutely. You're warmly welcome regardless of your leave status.
Q: I'm a consultant working 100% for Tibber — am I included? Yes. If you work 100% with us, you're a Tibberino — and you're invited.
Q: I'm travelling from outside Sweden — will Tibber cover my travel costs? If you're joining for the full weekend, yes — we'll book and cover your flights and accommodation. We only cover travel we've arranged on your behalf, so if you choose to travel by other means, that won't be reimbursed. If you can only make part of the weekend, travel costs will be on you — but please let us know either way so we can make sure your hotel room is sorted.
Q: I'm based in Sweden but outside Stockholm — will my travel to Stockholm be covered? Yes. Book your own train or drive down and we'll reimburse your travel costs. Accommodation for the full weekend is covered and will be arranged for you — just make sure you let us know you're coming so we can get it booked.
Q: I'm based in Stockholm — do I stay overnight? Yes — Stockholm Tibberinos are included on Saturday night. Those travelling in from outside Sweden also stay Friday night.
Q: What time does the event start on Friday, and when does it end on Sunday? More details are on their way — with plenty of time to plan. Keep an eye out as we get closer to the weekend.
Q: When will I get more information about the dress code? We'll share more details in good time — you'll have plenty of space to figure out what feels right. More to come.
Q: Will dietary requirements and allergies be catered for? Absolutely. Fill in your requirements in the form and we'll make sure everything is taken care of.
Q: What if I fall ill and can't attend last minute? Life happens. Just reach out as soon as you can and we'll take it from there.
Q: Will the event be photographed or filmed? Yes — the weekend will be captured on both photo and film.
Q: Can I attend only part of the weekend? If you can only make part of it, that's okay — just let us know. Keep in mind we only cover travel we've booked. If you attend partially and arrange your own travel, those costs won't be reimbursed.
